I wanted to accommodate my sick father for just one night. He left the emergency room and since I was in Istanbul, I tried to find a place. I said I would make a money transfer and have it transferred to your account in the morning, but they still didn't agree. In the name of humanity, I said, "Please tell me a hotel nearby. The man has a heart disease, I need to find a place on a winter day, and since he came by ambulance, he has nothing on him except his ID." They didn't show up again. As a teacher's child, I feel sorry for the current state of these state institutions. The ignorance and unpleasantness of the staff also adds to the burden.
