After I paid at Ankara Metromall optics, they gave me lenses of a different value than what was written in my prescription. Even though my prescription said the bc value for the lens was 8.5 and the number was -1.25, and every time I asked until I paid the money, they said yes, they would bring an 8.5 lens for -1.25. Then they lied by saying that these are lenses with a diameter of 8.6 and there is no 8.5 in such colored lenses. The lenses are too big for my eyes and they don't fit. You sold lenses that differ from those in my prescription for money. If you had said that we did not have a suitable lens for you before paying the money, there are also 8.5 diameter lenses with colored numbers on the market. I bought lenses for the first time and I made a mistake trusting you.
