Ecosal agriculture liquid fertilizer is not liquid

The 5 liters of liquid worm manure we bought from Ekosol Tarım Farm did not arrive in liquid form. We came back from our garden and could not apply it. We contacted and a female engineer called. She said it could happen in cold weather and that it is normal. I said that we had no problems with 20 liters of liquid fertilizer and that we applied it. But again, we heeded his advice. We kept it upside down in a warm house for not one day, but two days, and shook it 5 to 10 times a day. There was absolutely no liquefaction. Liquid fertilizer is like stone.
