I ordered 5 packs of baby diapers from the Ebebek website. When the shipment arrived, there were 4 packages in total. I called customer service and they said the camera footage would be reviewed. But they didn't return. When I called again they said there was no missing packaging. We trust the brand quality and shop, but what is this like?
