Irresponsible anesthesiologist and nurse at Dünyam Hospital

Our patient, who was hospitalized on the orthopedic floor of Kayseri Dünyam Hospital, started to have pain the day after the surgery and we waited for the anesthesiologist for 4 hours. Prof. Dr. **** is really a good person. If it weren't for him, we would have waited another 4 hours. Thanks to our teacher, they came within 2 minutes when I called.
If they could arrive within 2 minutes, why were they kept waiting for 4 hours? Yes, there are good nurses, God bless them, but there are more indifferent ones. Our patient is diabetic and his sugar level increased to 400 due to pain. Even though he was given 2 insulins, there was not much decrease.
