The product I took from the fridge arrived broken. The seller just put a glass item in a bag and sent it, I want the return of this product immediately without taking any precautions. Why would the seller sell a product with a box for a fee? Could such a thing happen? When we buy a product that will break, we open the package in an hour. Could such ignorance be possible? I want a refund immediately.
