Even though I purchased the Digiturk match package, they sold you the package. When I call customer service, they tell me that you purchased a TV series package. Listen to the conversations recorded, what a ridiculous system, look at the whole Digiturk telling me that you bought a TV series package, listen, why are you victimizing the recordings?
