I can't cancel my D-Smart membership

I am trying to cancel my D-Smart membership for about 2 weeks, but every day they call me on the phone and bother me many options and I do not want to do the next day they are calling again the message they call again we could not reach you. I'm tired of it now that I really commit my commitment to cancel my membership should not be so challenging. I will make any kind of complaints now
