I cannot cancel my D-smart membership

I've been trying to cancel my D-smart membership for about 2 weeks, but I've been trying to do so every day, but they call me every day and disturb me. Even though they offer many options and I say I don't want it, they call me again the next day and send me a message. We called again and say we couldn't reach you. I'm fed up, it really shouldn't be this difficult to cancel my membership even though my commitment has ended. I will make all kinds of complaints, that's enough.
