Collezione Doesn't Allow Me to Exchange Discounted Items

I bought a pair of trousers from the Collezione store. I wanted to change it afterwards as it was my legal right. However, since the size I wanted was out of stock, I was told to buy another model of trousers or to shop for the price of the trousers. I also wanted to buy discounted and campaign products. However, I was told that I could not buy discounted and promotional products. I absolutely do not accept this situation!!
