Electricity bills are very high

1+1 I live alone at home. I don't stop at home because I usually come home late. There are 1 refrigerator and 1 washing machine. No dishwasher. The washing machine works once a week but it works. I'm not watching TV. Despite these, the invoice is not less than 130 - 150 TL. Is it normal for such a high bill to come?
