Electricity Bills Are Too High

I live alone in a 1+1 house. Since I usually come home late, I don't stay at home much. There is 1 refrigerator and 1 washing machine. There is no dishwasher. The washing machine only works once a week. I don't watch TV. Despite these, we do not receive an invoice below 130 - 150 TL. Is it normal to receive such high bills?
