Çiçek Basket sent fake products and did not accept returns!

Hello, I wanted to buy an unfading rose from the flower basket as a gift for my girlfriend on February 14th. I liked the product and placed an order saying it would be delivered on the same day. Next to her was a necklace with an infinity sign. The product arrived on February 17th, and the necklace next to it was not like the one in the photo, or even similar, and the unfading rose I received turned out to be fake. I immediately contacted Çiçek Sepeti and requested a refund, but they said they could not take a refund because there was a metal plate attached to the bottom of the product with my girlfriend's name written on it. The worst internet in the world. I have a complaint about the sales site's flower basket.
