CEVA Logistics Cargo is waiting, I can't get delivery

The product I bought from Hepsiburada.com has been delivered by Ceva Logistics. While the date to be delivered is 06.10.2019, 5 days have passed since today, 11 of the month still have not been delivered to me. The product is officially kept in the warehouse. I searched for phone numbers, looking for contacting online, I am not answered. How long will I wait.
