A week ago, I bought two bags from the Instagram boutique Çanta Ponçik account for 80 lira, cash on delivery. One of the bags was different and the other one arrived unrelated to the picture. I wanted to get my money back, they said no refunds were made and threw it away. To avoid hassle, I said okay, replace the wrong product and send the other product that is the same as the image.
