My phone's socket is broken. I took it to our IT department for repair. Supposedly they fixed it. Then when I tried to talk on the phone there was no sound. While they were trying to fix the phone, they completely broke it. When I took it back, they said it wasn't ours, you broke it, and they didn't fix it. They definitely make you suffer.
