It is not written on the e-commerce site that it is non-refundable when purchasing. While I was trying to return the product because it was not available, I saw it when I went to Instagram account. There is no address on the company's website, there is only one phone number and they do not answer. They say we can only exchange in 3 days, but I want to return it.
