Burger King's irresponsibility and carelessness

I ordered the Burger King menu from the food cart application, but my menu arrived missing even though I wrote what I wanted in the notes section, but they did not include what I wanted. It also arrived very late and cold. The burger was prepared carelessly. This was not 1, not 2, but 3. Every time I hope it will get better, but I gave too many chances. I understand that you are an institution that disregards customer satisfaction.
