Burger King irresponsibility and sloppyness

I ordered the Burger King menu from the food basket application. It also came too late and cold. Burger was prepared sloppy. This was not 1, not 2, not 3. Every time I say that hope will improve, but I gave a lot of chance. You are an institution that disregards customer satisfaction.
