10.04.2019 I bought M size 30 eggs from Balıkesir Merkez Carrefour ®. When we opened the box on 11.04.2019, we noticed that the egg sizes were small. I weighed all the eggs one by one on the kitchen scale. The weight of the size M egg is declared on the box as 53-62 g. Interestingly, 8 of the eggs are between 48-51gr and the rest are 53-54gr. (We consumed 5 eggs, I don't know their weight, I guess it is 53-54gr) While the weight was stated on the box, I called the egg company and stated that the declaration was not complied with. However, instead of saying "they will take care of the situation", the other party started a conversation with an accusatory attitude, saying "such a thing is impossible". This speech, depending on its tone, meant "you are clearly lying". This conversation I encountered had a negative impact on me. I do not believe that this egg company is working properly. It should not be very difficult to determine the gram weights. I also think that the lady named A***, who spoke to me and stated that she was a food engineer, was also incompetent in customer relations. Who knows, she might also be incompetent in business terms. I couldn't help but think about that. I am complaining about the company's egg weight and the employee's inappropriate conversation.
