Burberry frame was completely stripped, products are of poor quality

I bought Burberry brand optical glasses from Atasun Optik. A month after receiving it, the stems completely peeled off. The handles are plastic and poor quality gluing material. When I brought the glasses back a few months later because I couldn't go to the shopping mall, they stated that they could not provide a refund/exchange and could only send them to the company. I stated that this problem I was experiencing in a very short time was not normal.
