Buka Shop sent the wrong product

In my Buka shop order, I ordered 6 socks, 3 of them were the same and the remaining 3 were sent differently, and they sent 1 sock as well. I think it means an apology. I never thought like this, I liked it so much that I ordered it, thinking that I would receive the same ones.
