Boyner Customer Services Hung Up the Phone on Me

I shipped the products I bought from Boyner to return them. Even though almost a week has passed, the fee has not been refunded and has not been credited to my account. So I called customer service and they said they would keep me waiting for a while. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they hung up the phone on me. They did not provide a refund.
