Boyner Customer Service closed the phone to my face

I gave it to the shipping to return the products I bought from Boyner. Although almost 1 week passed, the fee did not return and did not go to my account. For this, I called customer service and said it would keep me waiting for a while. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they closed the phone to my face. They did not return the fee.
