You have a 7-day free trial on BluTv. I became a member by trusting its advertisements. However, he took direct payment from my credit card. When I called customer service and reported the situation, they said that the 7-day free trial campaign had expired. If so, why didn't they remove such ads? They didn't help at all when I asked.
