I shopped at Bisse store. I went back to the store for a size exchange and couldn't find the size I was looking for, so I wanted to return the product and they told me they didn't accept returns. I repeatedly said that I had the right to return it, and the attitude of the person in charge towards me became very unpleasant. As a result, I could not return the product.
