I want to cancel the ticket I bought too much

I accidentally bought 2 tickets instead of 1 ticket. It seemed like I couldn't get it in the system when buying tickets. For this reason, I accidentally got one more. In this case, I bought a total of 2 tickets. I want 1 of them to cancel and return my fee. I could not reach customer service. I could not find anyone to help. I demand the need to be done.
