This evening, where I went with a group of friends for the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday, they asked for a service fee of 10 lira per person for the cake we brought from outside and left there during the day. Moreover, the fact that they wrote this on the invoice with a ballpoint pen amazed me. The service quality and attitude of the waiters were extremely disturbing. As far as I understand, the place has a requirement to drink alcohol. All they have to say is that they do not sell soft drinks. Whatever we wanted, they dismissed it as "this doesn't exist". Our orders did not arrive 10 minutes ago anyway. In fact, the place is nice, when we first entered the place we talked about coming for sure, but we left saying "what kind of service would we never come again?"
