baby plus missing part

I bought a Baby Plus pupil brand walker from the Ebebek store, but some parts of the horn part of the product were missing. I went back to the store and was told that the same was true for the walkers they had, all of them were missing parts. They said they would forward this to the manufacturer and fix the problem. There are missing parts in all the products I bought from the manufacturer. They do not stand behind the product.
