European Dawn Hospital asked for unfair money

We were sent to GOP European Private Dawn Hospital with Emergency Display from the State Hospital. They asked me for a fee for some blood analysis of my blood values. I wanted an invoice while paying. Private hospitals should not be paid for patients who come with referral.
