Atatürk University Research Hospital is extremely dirty

They have great shortcomings in cleaning. The toilets can't be so dirty. How many days have not been cleaned and this is a hospital, a place where hygiene should be at the highest level. It is never clean, the garbage is in places, if there is no cleaning staff, they have nothing to do with cleaning.
