My Atasay ring broke

Three of the side stones of my baguette ring, which I bought from Istanbul/Cevahir AVM Atasay branch in May, fell off after 3-4 months. When I bought it, I was told that the stones would never fall off. I took it to the branch, they sent it to the factory and had it repaired. 1 month later, the bottom part of my ring cracked in the middle while there was nothing. When I went to the branch, no one made an explanation, they said they would send it to the factory, no one was interested.
