Asus Notebook Service Got the Laptop I Sent Wet and Sent It Back

I sent the FX553VE-DM407T gaming notebook, which I bought from the Media Markt website, to the Asus authorized service via Media Markt. My problem with the notebook, which was still under warranty, was this: It gave a black screen error when exiting the game I was playing the first time, I thought it would be fixed. Later, while I was downloading another game that I purchased for a fee from a legal and well-known game provider platform (Steam), I wanted to pause the download and start another process. During this time, a Blue ® screen appeared, Windows 10 gave a graphics card error, it counted up and shut down itself when it reached 100%.
