My Arçelik brand dishwasher broke down. I called the call center for service regarding the malfunction. The guy who came said that the drain pump was faulty and needed to be replaced. However, he demanded a fee for this. I obliged and paid the fee. They supposedly fixed it, but when I started it again, it had the same fault. I urgently expect my problem to be resolved. I don't want to pay money again.
