I bought a direct ticket between Samsun and Osmaniye. We traveled on the bus shivering, the heater was faulty. As if that wasn't enough, they first told us to transfer us to Adana, then they said they would drop you off at Hatay Erzin and another service would come and pick you up. I have never encountered such a company.
