During the road works, natural gas was not given to the neighborhood for 6 hours in the middle of January, the gas valves of all buildings were closed until the problem was solved, and no notification was made when the problem was improved.

I had the same problem too, when I came home, there was an extreme cold. Failure to provide information caused us to have great trouble.
