Failure to reach the company where Akakçe sales are sold

I bought a product from the sellers on their sites. The product was not sent to cancel. The seller did not answer the messages. Akakçe'nin site registered on the two phones can not be reached. They officially took my money and no one in front of me. Akakçe must have sanctions against these companies, at least the product that is not sent should be returned to the user.
