I gave up a lot of natural hair and bought clips from the internet. I used it and after 1 week my hair became wrinkled, I talked to the seller, he said to make a cream, I did it but it still didn't get better, he said send it and let's take care of it. I sent it but I can't get the hair back. They gave the wrong address for the cargo and the cargo was returned, but as soon as they received it, they went on a 1-week vacation without shipping again.
I said either send it to me again from the wholesaler you bought it from or refund my money. They did not accept. I was chasing the cargo for 1 week. Anyway, the cargo company is a complete disaster, the phone numbers of the branches are not answered, there is no communication between the branches... I am a victim.
